Targeting an April launch, working backwards from a late February kickoff:
Design and development overlap where possible.
We ask for 4 business day turnarounds on deliverable reviews.

Full compliance audit and remediation to meet Ontario accessibility standards.

After launch, flexible retainer packages to keep your site maintained, optimized, and growing.
Monthly services invoiced on the 1st. 60-day notice to cancel.

One round of major revisions and one round of minor revisions per deliverable. You'll have four (4) business days to review each deliverable. If we don't hear back, it's considered approved so we can keep moving.
If new requirements come up — and they sometimes do — we document the change, provide a revised estimate, and get your approval before any new work begins. No surprises.
Warranty: 30-day post-launch warranty covering bugs and defects in the delivered work. Ongoing support beyond the warranty period is covered by the monthly retainer.
Termination: Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. All work completed to date is billable. IP transfers to you upon final payment.
